Our team is hiring for an in-house contract oil and gas land/division order position. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience with a mixture of in-house and contract experience, with a knowledge of both land and division orders. The position will require working in an office at least 3 days a week in West Houston, a few miles west of the Galleria.

Experience Requirements – Minimum combined 5 years’ experience in at least 2 of the following:

• Both field and in-house land work
• Acquisition and Divestment Due Diligence
• Division Order Analysis
• In-house file management

Required Skills:

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with creating electronic filing systems.
• Ability to multitask and move between tasks seamlessly.
• Computer knowledge
• Strong communication
• Familiarity with land in multiple states.
