Position Summary
The Property Administration Analyst acts as a gatekeeper for corporate property master information setting up new properties/wells, maintaining changes over the life of the well and cleansing incorrect information.

In This Role, You Will
▪ Setup and maintain QDO Property data.
▪ Review and analyze new well information against existing wells to eliminate duplication.
▪ Research public databases to obtain missing information regarding specific wells.
▪ Work directly with operators/remitters to obtain well information.
▪ Adhere to established formatting, consistency and business rules. Make recommendations to enhance entry and searches.
▪ Ensure New Well Report is correct and updated. Review, research and correct, as necessary.
▪ Run and review audit reports monthly for properties/wells that are missing data and have incorrect data and perform clean up in Quorum system.
▪ Research and add data to the Acquisition Well spreadsheet for loading into Quorum.
▪ Be a resource for reporting and analysis as it relates to property data and provide current/accurate property data to internal teams.

What We Require
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business; or related industry experience
▪ At least 5 years of land administration experience, possibly as an assistant or tech with knowledge of wells and oil/gas terminology with an emphasis in property
▪ Quorum system knowledge a plus
▪ Detail oriented, quality focused, self-motivated to consistently perform in a fast-paced environment
▪ Highly developed knowledge of computer software including experience with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables in Excel.
▪ Solid interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate throughout the organization
