SENIOR DIVISION ORDER ANALYST – NORTH DALLAS

Ideally, the hiring manager would like someone with 10-20+ years of solid, start to finish, DOA experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Calculate/determine Working Interest, Net Revenue Interest and associated burdens based on analyzing Leases, Title Opinions, Run sheets and/or other documents
• Create Division of Interests and maintain ownership of same based on conveyance documents
• This includes creating and maintaining title, revenue and JIB ownership, in each module within the company’s integrated data system
• Effectively communicate with other departments including: Land, Legal, Accounting & Marketing
• Effectively communicate with working interest partners, royalty owners, title attorneys and land brokers.
• Identify and take appropriate action to cure title defects
• Research and resolve revenue and JIB issues/discrepancies

QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree highly preferred
• Some supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of standard Division Order procedures and state and industry statues
• 10-20+ years DOA experience; Start to finish DOA experience for the more senior role.
• SAP or Excalibur experience
